Important Information
Southview Medical Group is in the process of implementing an Electronic Medical Records system which will require detailed information to be keyed into the system.  Patients with appointments are asked to bring a list of their medications and be prepared to give past medical, surgical and family history information.

Where Is Your Office Located?
Southview Medical Group, P.C. is located in Office Building 3 on the campus of St. Vincent's Hospital.

Lab/X-Ray
What time does your lab and x-ray department open?
The lab and x-ray department is open from 7:30am until 4:30pm Monday through Friday. All patients must sign in at the front desk before services are rendered.

What preparations do I need to make for a fasting lab test?
When scheduled for a fasting lab test, one can have no food for twelve (12) hours prior to the test. The only liquids allowed during that time period are water and black coffee (no cream or sugar). Lab/X-Ray When can I expect the results of my lab test? Your physician will send you a letter with your lab results within fourteen (14) days if your results are normal. In the event your results are abnormal, your physician's office will call you with the results.

Phone lines are open from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Vaccinations
Flu Shot Availability?
Seasonal flu vaccine will be available to our patients with scheduled appointments beginning August 31, 2011.  Our annual flu clinics will be held on September 24th and October 1st from 8:30 a.m. until 12 Noon.

Parking available in the attached parking deck free of charge for these clinics.

Do you validate parking tickets?
Due to change in Hospital policy, Southview is no longer able to validate parking tickets.
