Important Information
Effective April 1, 2008 Southview Medical Group implemented a new computer system which will require detailed updates. Patients with appointments on or after this date should prepare to arrive early to accommodate the time needed to gather this information.

Where Is Your Office Located?
Southview Medical Group, P.C. is located in Office Building 3 on the campus of St. Vincent's Hospital.

Lab/X-Ray
What time does your lab and x-ray department open?
The lab and x-ray department is open from 7:30am until 4:30pm Monday through Friday. All patients must sign in at the front desk before services are rendered.

What preparations do I need to make for a fasting lab test?
When scheduled for a fasting lab test, one can have no food for twelve (12) hours prior to the test. The only liquids allowed during that time period are water and black coffee (no cream or sugar). Lab/X-Ray When can I expect the results of my lab test? Your physician will send you a letter with your lab results within fourteen (14) days if your results are normal. In the event your results are abnormal, your physician's office will call you with the results.

Phone lines are open from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

Vaccinations
Flu Shot Availability?
Southview will have flu shot clinics available on Saturdays October 18th and 25th from 8:30am to 1:00pm, for Southview patients only, no appointment needed. Parking available in the attached parking deck free of charge.

Parking
Do you validate parking tickets?
Due to change in Hospital policy, Southview is no longer able to validate parking tickets.
